I have been looking at the difference between the Debian and Ubuntu
source packages and noticed 40-policy_banks.
Said config file does not do anything on its own. The included
@author_to_policy_bank_maps assign policybanks which do not exist, and
there is no Ubuntu shipped documentation other than the comment in the
header.
I assume that the original Ubuntu package maintainer did not see the
functional dependency to the policy_bank definitions in the example of
the upstream amavisd-new-2.6.0 release notes.
I think there should be an additional explanation that these policybanks
have to be created as well.
