I have tested bionic in a VM and also a bionic container and verified
the installed package is OK.

The produced sos archive looks reasonable. (some ceph commands error out
due to those not being present in luminous, that is expected)
I also ran latest hotsos on the produced bionic archive and verified it works
fine.
