Public bug reported:
Currently the impish server images https://cloud-
images.ubuntu.com/impish/current/impish-server-cloudimg-amd64.img
install podman v3.2.1 though we have newer versions of the package
available for use.
It will be good to have newer package such as v3.2.3 be added to avoid
errors that we get in relation to that while running podman as part of
the vms created using the impish-server-cloudimg
