Public bug reported:

I filed a Debian bug now but since there is Ubuntu diff, I thought an
explicit Ubuntu bug would help.

gtk-nodoka-engine no longers builds in Ubuntu because it uses an
obsolete debhelper-compat. While this is easy to fix, there also is
little point in a GTK2 theme engine because a usable theme would also
need to provide GTK3 support (or GTK4 or Qt) and this does not.

No reverse dependencies.

** Affects: gtk-nodoka-engine (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
