Since many of those are seeded not only in Kubuntu but also Lubuntu and Ubuntu Studio, did you get in touch with the other leads regarding this? I'm sure they would be fine, but I don't want this to cause troubles for other flavors.
If they're fine with it, I'm fine as well (with my release team hat on).
