Adding suitable icons for different themes is half the solution. But
those icons will be added to ubuntu-mate-artwork 22.04.10.
That said, mate-settings-daemon doesn't respond to theme changes, so the
correct icons are only loaded when the desktop session starts or if
mate-settings-daemon is reloaded.
Option are:
- mate-tweak to reload mate-settings-daemon when toggling on keyboard LED status
- mate-appearance-properties to reload mate-settings-daemon when changing themes
- mate-settings-daemon should listen to theme change and reload the icons
