The Next Cloud declares its windows as modal.
_NET_WM_STATE(ATOM) = _NET_WM_STATE_MODAL
This is a little unusual, since modals should be used for dialog boxes.
That said, the Yaru Metacity theme set the geometry for modal windows as
having no buttons.
I will re-instate the window buttons for modal windows in Yaru.
