Thanks for reporting.
I was unable to reproduce this issue. Vagrant installed without issues
on my Jammy system. Could you please run `sudo apt update`, apply any
upgrades and try again? If the issue persists, please attach the output
of `apt policy vagrant`
From what I read in bug 1964025 there seems to be some problems with
getting the package to work, but it should be installable at least.
