which states

'This error means that the SSL server does not support the Renegotiation
Indication Extension (RFC 5746) and therefore is vulnerable to man-in-
the-middle attacks (CVE-2009-3555).

You will need to make sure the server is upgraded to support RFC 5746'


maybe you should try to contact your sysadmin to ask if that's the case?
