In bug 1962704, backport-iwlwifi-dkms of focal/impish/jammy is being
proposed to upgrade to its revision 9580, but after v5.17 being released
and entered Jammy as new -generic kernel, 9580 fails to build against
the latest kernel headers due to multiple problems including API change
in commit 7462494408cd ("ethtool: extend ringparam setting/getting API
with rx_buf_len").
This is fixed at least in upstream revision 9858
