Public bug reported:
I disabled screen lock from Settings > Privacy > Screen. Even so, I am
forced to log in any time my screen has blanked.
When I inspect dconf-editor (org.gnome.desktop.lockdown), I see that
locking is indeed active.
This looks like a discrepancy between the settings mechanism and dconf.
