FTBFS against kernels without CONFIG_VIDEO_V4L2
this thus prevents adt-matrix & britney from migrating linux-kvm.
kvm flavour does not have video configs enabled, and thus cannot support
v4l2loopback dkms module.
thus ensure that module is skipped and doesn't attempt building itself
with incompatible kernel flavours.
