hi, i'm very new to ubuntu, is the correct place to post this fault and will i receive advise via e-mail or do i need to do anything else? i have tried on subsequent occasions to download realplayer, and their website now has a message saying it is working on the linux version thought you'd like to know cheers and happy new year sandra
