Public bug reported:
After installing Caja (apt) on Ubuntu (also Pop Os!) there is no
launcher for Caja in Applications, there is only "Caja Actions
Configuration Tool".
The bug is quite old, and current env where is took place is:
Ubuntu 21.10
Gnome 40.4.0
5.13.0-39-generic
