Public bug reported:

Using the epubcheck package from ubuntu stable repo, it just doesn't
execute, i'm running on a podman container from the official ubuntu
image at dockerhub, installed the package normally through apt. (i got
no further verbose)

/usr/bin/epubcheck: line 1: $'PK\003\004': command not found
/usr/bin/epubcheck: line 2: syntax error near unexpected token `)'

It just doesn't execute, giving me strage errors on the binary and
displaying some stdout about META-INF that (should?) be related to the
epub i'm scanning, you can read some information about my system on this
