This bug is not actually about Gimp but rather the file '/usr/share
/example-content/gimp-ubuntu-splash.xcf'. If you look at that file you
will notice that it says "The Gimp 2.2" in it while Hardy has '2.4'.
That file should be updated with the current version of Gimp or the
version number removed.
