Using the amd_pstate driver for a ryzen cpu.
What i expected to happen:
Setting a low limit for scaling_max_freq and waking the computer from suspend.
The scaling_cur_freq should be below or equal this level.
What happened instead:
The scaling_cur_freq goes above the allowed limit.
