I want to install "Extended Security Maintenance" in my computer which has a
20.04 version of ubuntu. He doesn't seem to recognize her. The error message is:
"Other versions?
Ubuntu Advantage is available only for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, 18.04 LTS, 16.04 LTS,
and 14.04 ESM.

Upgrade to a supported version

I proceed as follows:
First connect to ubuntu one ( https://login.ubuntu.com/ )
1) Connect to https://ubuntu.com/security/esm
2) Click on "get started with ubuntu advantage" ( https://ubuntu.com/advantage )
3) Click on "buy new subscription"
What are you setting up? ==> Desktops
What Ubuntu version are you running? ====> Ubuntu 20.04
Do you also want tech support? ===> No, thanks Software and security updates
only
How many? ===> 1
Then "enter" for validate, and the above message is displayed.

I have the same problem with version 18.04. As well as another user for
whom it is important because it cannot work in version
