Turns out that Ubiquity was removing dbus-x11 (was included in it's remove list), so I've removed it from Ubiquity's package remove list and released Ubuntu Unity 22.04 (didn't find any issues after that): https://twitter.com/ubuntu_unity/status/1517174884576935936
