I am still seeing it after upgrading just yesterday to 22.04 - Indicator
Applet Complete 1.26.0.

Hitting Suspend from the power icon in the bottom right will put the
computer to sleep without the lock screen getting applied so on wake it
won't request a password. Using the Brisk Menu Launcher works fine with
the Lock getting applied.
