## Reproduce steps
* Discord @ 0.0.17 (APT-Manual-Installed: yes, downloaded .deb package from 
https://discord.com)
* Firefox @ 99.0+build2-0ubuntu0.20.04.2 (APT-Manual-Installed: no)

1. Open YouTube
2. Play some movie
3. After playing movie, join Discord's voice channel
4. All sounds sound lower in system-wide
5. The problem can be solved with the workaround(*)
* After doing workaround, this seems does not happen again in the session.

## Workaround
```
pulseaudio -k
pulseaudio --start
```

## Isolation the cause
1. problem of Discord: No, only joining Discord's voice channels does not cause 
this.
2. problem of YouTube: No, only playing some movie on it does not cause this.
3. problem of Firefox: No, only playing audio on other Platform does not cause 
this.
