Public bug reported:
Running 'zmap' results in the following error: "zmap: error while
loading shared libraries: libjson-c.so.4: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory". It seems that it is built with
libjson-c4 instead of the new libjson-c5 that is available for Ubuntu
Jammy.
