I've got the same problem.
PCI: failed to allocate mem resource #6:[EMAIL PROTECTED] for 0000:01:00.0
Notebook Compal. Video adapter nVidia 8600M GT.
I did all checks (dmesg & lspci) and I conclude something is wrong with my
video adapter. I tried think that is not graphic card. But I could not start
Compiz - after login my session was terminated and system has returned to gdm.
During running session I saw some artifacts.
I want to be mistaken. Does anyone have success with Compiz and this error?
