Binary package hint: easytag
Strictly speaking, this is not a bug because the BOM (byte-order mark)
is present and correct. However, it seems that the MP3 player market
has adopted little-endian as the preferred representation of UTF-16 and
often doesn't even bother implementing the alternative(!)
ID3v2.3 tags are working perfectly but with ID3v2.4 EasyTag can neither
read nor write UTF-16LE.
