Public bug reported:
In commit 9958d30f38b9 ("media: Kconfig: cleanup VIDEO_DEV
dependencies"), VIDEO_V4L2 is now obsoleted and VIDEO_DEV should be used
instead. This fails the added grep statement in bug 1964484 evaluates to
empty as always, and BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_KERNEL is therefore always set on
those should not. The error messages will be like:
