Did you try using ppa-purge to remove those packages as suggested?

Also, looking at your /etc/apt/sources.list (included in the attached
VarLogDistupgradeAptclonsystemstate.tar.gz), it appears you do not have
focal-updates (or focal-security) enabled, so your packages are out of
date and may be causing problems for the upgrade.

Please enable focal-updates and focal-security, run `sudo apt update`
and `sudo apt upgrade`. Also please try ppa-purge if you haven't
already, and then try the upgrade again.
