I launched gnome-text-editor and confirmed that it correctly displayed a range of text files.
After enabling -proposed I upgraded gnome-text-editor to version 42.1-0ubuntu1 and opened various files with extensions such as .json, .h, .bashrc, .cfg and .txt. All files were shown as expected. I also changed several settings in 'Preferences' to check that any changes were working as intended. ** Tags removed: verification-needed verification-needed-jammy ** Tags added: verification-done verification-done-jammy -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1970041 Title: Update gnome-text-editor to 42.1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-text-editor/+bug/1970041/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
