Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

After a few days of using my Thinkpad, I can no longer suspend it with
Fn-F4. I can suspend it from the gnome-power-manager applet's menu.

/var/log/acpid indicates that the Fn-F4 key gets processed and the
sleepbtn.sh script is executed. acpi_fakekey 142 (aka $KEY_SLEEP) gives
no effect either.

If I kill gnome-power-manager and restart it manually, it starts
reacting to Fn-F4 again.

** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
