Public bug reported:
As of LLVM 14, it can be built with -DLLVM_ENABLE_CURL=ON, which enables
the debuginfod client in llvm-symbolizer, which would be an awesome
thing to have.
It's clear that it's not turned on:
$ llvm-debuginfod-find-14 --executable=1 5d016364c1cb69dd
No working HTTP client is available.
