Public bug reported:
1. Install sphinx (python3-sphinx 4.3.2-1) and python3-sphinxcontrib.youtube
(1.0-1.1) from Ubuntu 22.04 (latest updates 6 Mai 2022).
2. Use the sphinxcontrib.youtube from within a sphinx project.
3. Compile with "build html".
Expected result:
Should generate the HTML.
Actual result:
Running Sphinx v4.3.2
Extension error:
Could not import extension sphinxcontrib.youtube (exception: cannot import name
'Directive' from 'sphinx.util.compat'
(/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/sphinx/util/compat.py))
make: *** [Makefile:19: html] Fehler 2
Workaround:
Uninstall python3-sphinxcontrib.youtube package, run "pip install
sphinxcontrib.youtube". Then it compiles again.
