I'm experiencing the same issue on my Ubuntu 22.04 LTS server with Budgie
desktop.
Both shutdown and reboot hang, both from GUI and command line.
This happens most of the time, but about once in 8-10 times shutdown or reboot
end regularly.
Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Kernel: Linux 5.15.0-27-generic
Architecture: x86-64
Hardware Vendor: Intel Corporation
Hardware Model: NUC6CAYH
OS was freshly installed on 2022-05-08.
