Public bug reported:
The current delta available in the package aims to support php-psr-cache
3 in the composer.json file.
The latest upstream version includes an "||" operator for that
dependency, which is not supported by dh_phpcomposer, resulting in an
unversioned dependency. This removes the need for the current delta.
