The icon is changing depending on what task konqueror is doing at the
time. When it is just started it is basically a file-manager and can
perform a similar task as dolphin, many users use konqueror as a file-
manager.
The globe icon is used if you use Konqueror for the Internet (except if
the website has a favicon which will be used in that case).
I am not sure if this can really be classified as a bug.
