Public bug reported:

The current Ubuntu delta contains a single patch to disable a failing
upstream test.

This patch was applied in Debian unstable as a fix for
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1003669 in 3.7.0-1.

Therefore, this package can be sync'd and our delta can be dropped.
