Public bug reported:
The current Ubuntu delta contains a patch to adapt php-twig's test suite
to use libicu70. That delta is still needed.
This is the only bit of the delta which is still needed here. The
remaining patches can be safely dropped (they were mostly tweaks to ease
php8.1 and symfony's transitions).
