Tried to change my wallpaper with tweaks. No change. Upon further
inspection in dconf-editor there are 2 keys for backgrounds under
/org/gnome/desktop/background
picture-uri
picture-uri-dark
Apparently the tweaks doesn't have any effect on the picture-uri-dark.
The first one was changed to my selection. Changing picture-uri-dark
manually worked and I have my wallpaper selection active.
