Public bug reported:

The version 0.9.9+dfsg1-2 of pysdl2 (currently in kinetic-proposed) has
multiple autopkgtest failures on s390x. Most of them (maybe all) seem to
be caused by the big-endian architecture.

Running python3 -m pytest in older versions (e.g., 0.9.7+dfsg1-1) fails
as well so the bug is not something new.

However, we only run the upstream testsuite in autopkgtest since the
move to 0.9.9+dfsg1-2, so we did not notice it before.

** Affects: pysdl2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
