Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Select Tools/Options then choose Paths. Double click on Templates.
Choose Add.
Navigate to the path with your templates, and click OK. Result is a
massage box that says "The path <path to templates> already exists".
(It should exist - that is the point of selecting it!)
Counterexample, manually enter a path that does not exist. This is
reported as an error, which is the correct behaviour.
Result: the user cannot change the template path from the default.
