(no more 10s delay stuck with gpu-manager.service/plymouth-quit-wait.service)
/var/log/gpu-manager.log exhibits
Has the system changed? No
can't access /run/u-d-c-nvidia-drm-was-loaded file
Takes 0ms to wait for nvidia udev rules completed.
instead of many "can't access /run/u-d-c-nvidia-drm-was-loaded file" lines
and Takes 10000ms to wait for nvidia udev rules completed.
Sounds VALID for me !
