Upgrades from one LTS to the next LTS release are only available after
the first point release. In this case, that means users will be prompted
to upgrade from 20.04 once 22.04.1 is released.

You can force the upgrade before the point release by running `do-
release-upgrade -d` (but leaving Prompt=lts in /etc/update-
manager/release-upgrades).
