Public bug reported:
I can connect the Bluetooth Earbud correctly on the first time, but once
I shutdown the laptop or the earbud it fails to reconnect. Even if I go
there and manually click the toggle button to connect, it keeps loading
for a while and fails to connect. The only way to connect the earbud
again is going on the Bluetooth settings and clicking on "Remove device"
shutdown and turn Bluetooth again to list the device and connect.
