Public bug reported:
php-symfony-contracts 2.5.0 is available in Debian unstable.
Note that the version in experimental (3.0.0) would allow us to drop the
Ubuntu delta in this package. However, that version is not compatible
with symfony 5.x, available in kinetic. Hence, let's merge the version
in unstable and keep our delta for now.
