patched by creating a file in the directory for the missing file

when you do a fresh install of any ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
do these commands then update/upgrade your system
for all the patches to take place.
run the commands to fix it yourself
nano /home/xubuntu/.cache/sessions/xfce4-session-xubuntu:0
