confirmed. It's a multi-arch issue trying to install the armhf variant,
which is different from the broken dependencies statement.
What's the usecase exactly to install the armhf version there when you
already have the arm64 one?
It's a bug that should be fixed by understanding why it's problematic
would help setting the importance
