** Description changed:

+ [Impact]
+
+ Users upgrading to Jammy, rather than doing a fresh install, will not
+ have snapd-desktop-integration installed on their systems. This snap is
+ seeded in Jammy, so users upgrading to Jammy should also get it
+ installed.
+
+ [Test Plan]
+
+ From Impish, run a release upgrade:
+
+ $ do-release-upgrade
+
+ After the upgrade, observe that snapd-desktop-integration is not
+ installed:
+
+ $ snap list
+
+ [Where problems could occur]
+
+ This patch modifies the deb2snap entries in ubuntu-release-upgrader. If
+ a problem occurred, it would be in the deb2snap install logic.
+
+ [Original Description]
+
snapd-desktop-integration is seeded (desktop-minimal) for Ubuntu Desktop
systems starting with Ubuntu 22.04. [See bug 1965006 for reference.]
However, the snap is not included in the deb2snap.json file so systems
upgraded from Ubuntu 20.04 or Ubuntu 21.10 will not have the snap
installed. Given that we want upgraded systems and freshly installed
systems to have the same software installed this should be sorted out.
