Got it, thanks. I haven't tried to 'remove all' unsupported extensions per your instructions yet, but did disable all non-system extensions via the 'Extensions Manager' app and still noticed the issue (without logging in again). Will now try removing all per your instructions, logging in again/rebooting and see.
EDIT: haven't logged out or rebooted yet, but noticing a slight (not as much) delay still.
