First of all, I would like to apologize if this issue is an Ubuntu
Budgie issue and not an alacarte one. I decided to bring up the issue
here assuming that the alacarte devs would know what to do with the
error log.

I tried editing my menu today, and I couldn't add/edit/delete anything anymore.
I tried running it via cli and got that error log. In addition to that, it
doesn't seem to load the list of items anymore. The "Tilix" that you see under
Internet was made in Menulibre when I installed it and attempted to fix my
issue. Unfortunately, Menulibre hid all the items, but somehow retained the
