phpunit (9.5.20-3ubuntu1) kinetic; urgency=medium
* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #1976007). Remaining changes:
- d/rules: Disable running testsuite at build time.
+ Upstream testsuite is already run for autopkgtest so this is redundant,
but avoiding FTBFS allows it into -proposed where it can be used in
testing other packages.
* New changes:
- d/control: remove build-time circular dependency.
