Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Lubuntu has used sddm for all LXQt releases (ie. since Lubuntu 18.10), and the upgrade from an release that used lightdm/LXDE is unsupported due to breakage as was warned about in documentation, eg. https://lubuntu.me/focal-2-released/ "Note, due to the extensive changes required for the shift in desktop environments, the Lubuntu team does not support upgrading from 18.04 or below to any greater release. Doing so will result in a broken system. If you are on 18.04 or below and would like to upgrade, please do a fresh install." The error you are describing is a user-created issue by using unsupported upgrade procedures that were documented as creating issues later, and this is warned about breakage. The fresh install would have prevented this. As such I've marked this bug report as "opinion". If you believe I'm in error, please leave a comment explaining why and the bug report can then be returned to "New" (you may find it'll then be marked as "Won't Fix") ** Changed in: lightdm (Ubuntu) Status: New => Opinion -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1977683 Title: Lubuntu error has_option: command not found / no ssh-agent after updating to 22.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lightdm/+bug/1977683/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
