Hi Marco,
as Mitchell said - it seems you are right and the full description is closer to
what it already is.

But as a forecast - this is one of such cases where nobody will reject
it as it is right. But also its severity is so low that everyone always
has something else that is more important.

Furthermore this isn't a case that would allow to deviate from Debian adding
some overhead to re-merge with Delta every now and then. I'd suggest that this
would best be fixed in Debian (which has the same problem) and automatically
synced over to Ubuntu.
Hence I wanted to ask if you could please file a bug with Debian as well?
Thanks in advance!

There actually is already another bug asking for a bit of more clarity
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=995890 in docs - and
that is rather close to description. Up to you, but it might be better
to chime in there asking for a slight wording update (over creating a
completely new bug) as part of that overhaul.

If you end up chiming in there or creating a new issue, please report
back here with the bug number so we can track when and how it would be
resolved.
